GOD

once there was a boy who sinned repeatedly. he decided that he had nothing 
against it so he kept doing it. he said the name of god in vain repeatedly. when 
he stubbed his toe: 
"god god god god god god" 
when he spilled a glass of milk: 
"god god god god godgodgod" 
and so on. 

what he did not realize that for every god he uttered a new god was being born. 
the word itself was creation and he was a god of gods who said god to create 
gods. but he didn't know the word to uncreate them so the world got cluttered 
with all these gods running about wreaking havoc. so he made a device out of 
cardboard, rubber bands, duct tape and film canisters to capture a god so he 
could study it. he put tiny holes in the canisters so that the god could breathe 
and he used a plastic yogurt top as a window into the god-chamber. 

the god looked kind of like a bug. it was hairy and had many strange appendages. 
it crawled around the chamber and shifted shades of brown and black and blue. it 
kinda looked like it was smiling. the boy did not want to kill these gods but he 
wanted them to spread out across the world so they would at least be a little 
less harmful to the human environment. 

he let out the bug god and went upstairs to his parent's room and got the 
baseball bat from under the bed and started banging on surfaces to make noise. 
he made some wonderful noise and tried other objects. he made a cacophony in the 
kitchen and in the bedrooms strange noises and created music to get the gods to 
spread out a little so he could breathe. they spread throughout the earth and 
some stayed and some went and some stayed and went and they were all over the 
place bothering everyone and making them think different things. the boy was 
able to share these gods with everybody it was a good thing yeah a good thing.
