We are impermanent, continuing bodies

We are impermanent, continuing bodies. Early in our history, the prohibition of unreasonable searches and seizures was enacted. Our right to privacy shall not be infringed upon. We slip into the protection of anonymity. Forced housing of military is prohibited. Militias are dismantled immediately after their inception. Matters of public opinion blur and fade. We look outward in search of individual thought, ignoring the machinery of government. The regulation of human activity is of little interest.

Diffused leadership. No set ideology, no party-line responsibility. Growth and change is decentralized. Delegated powers keep their distance. Freedom of religion. Prohibition of religious establishment. Freedom of speech, press, and peaceable assembly. We demand life, liberty and property without due process of law. We are impermanent, continuing bodies.
